I had a problem with the washing machine not getting water and rinsing. I called these guys – figured it’s a shot in the dark and hoped for the best. If the repair was going to be more than $250 I would consider shopping for a new washer. They did tell me it would be $39 to come out and diagnose the problem. I had a 1-4PM appointment window. Oleg showed up promptly at 1:30 after calling at 1 to say he’ll be arriving in 30 minutes. So far so good. He diagnosed and repaired the fuse within 20 minutes. The price was not super cheap, but not unreasonable either. The service was professional and courteous, and with the price being good, I’d use them again.
