Reading the other reviews I’m surprised to find anything negative as I was very very pleased with the prompt and courteous service first in scheduling my call the very next day and also being the first on the docket. Michael the local serviceperson was extremely professional and pleasant and also knowledgable. And he didn’t up-sell me at all which I found outstanding. Very efficient and FAIR as he could have advised that I needed a new compressor or something more costly. He just advised me that my refrigerator temperature to be adjusted and taught me how to do that. I actually felt badly that I just paid for the reasonable service call. But being in business myself I was SOLD on this company in today’s cheesy business climate! I have already told friends and clients about their fairness and professional expertise to use in the future. I truly appreciate finding them in repairing my Samsung new refrigerator (which Samsung was very difficult to deal with by the way!). These guys were top notch in my experience! Aries the dispatcher was great and Michael my local repairman was educated and professional and very very fair. Also found out they do all kinds of jobs including plumbing and handyman type things.
