Samsung Appliance repair
We have just moved in to a new apartment complex that included several brand new appliances which was a big plus given that the price for the apartment was a steal. We barely used the Samsung oven for the 5 years after we have moved in and was surprised that after every use, it takes a longer time to cook anything everytime.
We checked with the maintenance guy of our building and said that several other tenants have also complained of the same thing several months ago since almost all units have the same Samsung appliances installed except if the tenant preferred something else. Having the warranty expired on our Samsung stove after 3 years, we had no choice but to have it checked by an Samsung appliance repair company.
Our maintenance guy suggested to call Magic Touch appliance repair since they were the ones who also repaired the other appliances from the other units, so he gave me their contact number. We called Magic Touch appliance repair up as soon as possible since we needed the Samsung oven repaired before the weekend since we will be having some guests coming over for a little reunion.
After calling Magic Touch appliance repair, they were able to send a Samsung technician that same afternoon to look at our Samsung oven. Our tech named Jerry arrived first thing in the morning and looked at our Samsung oven. It took him a short while to determine what was wrong with the samsung oven and said the thermostat is broken and need to be replaced. He said he has it on stock in his truck and will be done repairing it in less than 30 minutes. He gave us a quote and we gave our approval for the Samsung repair. He went back to his truck to get the thermostat and quickly went ahead replacing the defective one. After 33 minutes, he was done replacing the busted thermostat and tried heating up the oven. Sure enough, the oven was quickly heating up as compared to before which made us pretty happy since it was causing us distress when the Samsung oven was not heating properly when we were cooking on it.
