We operate a small doughnut café and our day starts with dough mixing which we do with our Hobart Stand Mixer.

We were perplexed the other week that when we started mixing our dough with our Hobart Stand Mixer, that it became suddenly noisy. We inspected it and the noise was coming from where the motor is and immediately turned it off.
