Continental Washer
One of our apartment complexes that we manage has a common commercial washer being used by all of our tenants. After several years of continuous usage without any mishaps, the Continental Washer suddenly stopped working and was displaying a Var-6 error.
We asked our handyman to have a look at it but after several attempts to make it work again, gave up and asked us to call in professionals to have it repaired. We searched online for any certified Continental technicians and repair companies and found an ad from Magic Touch.
We called them up so that we can schedule an appointment and were delighted that we got a scheduled appointment for that same afternoon. Our technician named Alex arrived and inspected the washer and determined that the cooling fan for the inverter is not working causing the inverter to overheat. He handed us an invoice for the estimated cost of repair and we gave him approval to go ahead and get the parts needed.
He returned a few hours later with the parts that he needed and started working on the washer. After around and hour or so, he called our attention and showed us the burnt out cooling fan and said that he already installed the new one. We turned on the washer and the error was gone now and the washer was working properly again.
Our thanks goes out to Alex and Magic Touch! Without them, we don’t know how our tenants would have gone through with all their laundry if our washer wasn’t working.
