First of all, this was not the first applince repair place I called. Except the other applince repair service I called when my Kenmore dishwasher unexpectedly pooled with nasty water wouldn’t pick up their phones, so I called here and they picked up on the first ring. Score one point.
They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning in a window of 10:30 – 12:30. Tony from Magic Touch applince repair showed up at 10:40. Score another point. There are few things more annoying than a technician that shows up with 5 minutes left in your supposed “window,” only to schedule another appointment to come back and actually fix your problem (here’s looking at you, Comcast).
Tony from Magic Touch applince repair not only fixed the Kenmore dishwasher, but showed me how to do some basic troubleshooting, lest I have this issue in the future. Uh, score!
Wait, there’s more. Tony from Magic Touch applince repair then starts asking about my other appliances and how they are running. You know, since he’s already out at my house. “Get the most out of my service call,” he keeps saying. I remembered my HOA had been telling us all to get our dryer ducts professionally cleaned, so I asked his opinion on it. He proceeds to dismantle the front of my Kenmore dryer to run some tests on it to determine whether or not it was running efficiently and whether it was building up dust (apparently an indicator of needing your ducts cleaned??) and said I could wait another year). Score, score, score!
Oh yeah, and top of all this, Tony from Magic Touch applince repair regaled me with tales of dishwasher repairs gone awry.
This might be the best $100 I’ve ever spent on appliance repair. And I saved money on not having to get my Kenmore dryer ducts cleaned!

Review: I have several rental properties that I have Dimitry from Magic Touch appliance repair service for me. Basically, he is always available, or at least makes himself available to his customers. This is a very good thing! I’ve been using him for about six years now and we have a great working relationship!
It doesn’t matter if it’s a little job or a big job, he’ll figure out how to fix it! He uses good parts, not cheap parts, for replacing which is very important to me. I highly recommend him to anybody!

Very clean, polite, and honest. Same-day appointment to fix my Whirlpool freezer and diagnostic fee waived as promised because I had them do the repair. Price was good and repair was quick. Unfortunately, the repairman snapped the fragile copper water line coming from the basement to the fridge and was unable to replace or repair it. He capped it off well, but I still had to then hire a plumber afterwards. I can’t recollect if I mentioned the fragile water line to him or not, but I was planning to replace it with a flexible line at some point anyway….just to bad it had to be when I couldn’t really afford to spend the money.
