Thermador Induction Stove
Our Themardor Induction Stove just recently started having a problem wherein the central burner was not heating. We have this stove for more than 6 years now and aside from the central burner problem everything is perfect. I looked online for a reputable repair company and found a youtube ad from Magic Touch.
I called them up quickly and they scheduled a technician to come over the same afternoon. Our technician named Alex dropped by around 2 pm. He checked our stove and said that the control board was shorted out and needs to be replaced and rewired. He called someone to check if the parts are in stock so he can pick up today and said that it is available so we gave him the go signal to order it. He left for a short while and was back later with the control board. He immediately did the replacement and in less than 1 hour, he was done and the central burner was heating up again.
Our hats off to you Alex and the other guys at Magic Touch. That is what we call fast and reliable Service.

U-Line Refrigerator repair Hollywood Hills
Our ancient U-Line refrigerator has served our family for a very long time but unfortunately U-Line refrigerator had a problem a few weeks ago. We started notice water pooling near the left underside of the u-line refrigerator and we were afraid that if we don’t have it repaired fast it will lead to more problems.
We called U-Line but they were unable to help us since our u-line refrigerator is already out of warranty but said that we can call Magic Touch appliance Repair since they were the ones who service all of their U-Line warranty repairs in LA.
We called the number that they gave us and we were relieved that they will be able to send the U-Line refrigerator technician first thing the next day. Our u-line technician named Rustan arrived the next day and immediately looked at our u-line refrigerator. He traced where the leak was coming from and found the problem. He said that the drain pan at the bottom of the refrigerator was the source of the leak and the hose leading to it was also worn out as well. He gave us the quote for the U-Line refrigerator repair and he said he can pick up the parts from their supplier within an hour and be back for repairs.
We agreed to have the U-Line refrigerator repairs done and he went off to pick up the parts needed from their supplier. He returned after some time with the drain pan and the hose and proceeded with his repair. After a short while he showed us the damaged hose and the cracked drain pan which was the cause of the leak and told us that the refrigerator is not leaking anymore. He told us to just call them if they still notice a leak and he will return and look at it again. But that was not to happen since the u-line refrigerator never leaked anymore after his repair.

with Double Oven
We have remodelled our house and purchased matching Samsung Kitchen appliances so it will match will our kitchen theme. We didn’t purchased extended warranty given that reviews of Samsung stove and double ovens say that they usually last longer than what the extended warranty covers.
After several years, all of our Samsung Kitchen appliances are still working except the Stove with Double Oven. Although Samsung oven still functions, we noticed that anything that we roast inside the Samsung double oven, the bottom part of what we are cooking is somewhat always undercooked. This was now the time that we regretted not getting the extended warranty. Having no choice but to have our Samsung oven repaired instead. We looked online and found several ads and review for Magic Touch Appliance Repair so we went ahead and gave them a call.
The next day, our Samsung technician named Danny arrived around noon a few minutes before our scheduled Samsung oven repair appointment. He looked at our Samsung stove and immediately saw that the bottom heating element was already exposed and said that was the cause of the uneven heat and said it can be replaced immediately in less than an hour.
He handed out an invoice with a quote and said that he can immediately repair it since he has one in stock in his van. We gave him the go signal and he started removing the old heating element and later went back to his vehicle to get the new replacement. We barely had glimpsed away from him when he called our attention and said that the repair was done. He already set the Samsung oven to preheat and we actually noticed that the heat coming from the oven was more even now.
