Thermador Range
We have a Thermador Range that has started having issues which initially started with the igniter for the left front burner firing off even when not in use. Second the igniter in the Thermador Range stopped working after a few days that the first problem started. We called the Thermador Range manufacturer for the repairs to be done but said our warranty on our Thermador Range has already expired months ago. Left with no choice, I searched online if there were any Thermador Range repair companies near our area that service this brand. Fortunately enough I found a video repair ad for a Thermador Range from Magic Touch appliance repair and called them after a few minutes of watching their Thermador Range repair videos.
They got me scheduled for an appointment 2 days after and Jerry our technician came knocking at our door. He checked on our range and said that the circuit board that controls the igniters on Thermador Range is burned out and needs to replace. He said it should take long to order the parts and repair it and I asked him for a quote of cost of repairs which quite surprised me since I wasn’t expecting it to be that affordable. He called his office and asked for the part to be ordered and then told me he will come back once the part has arrived.
Their dispatcher called after less than 1 day to schedule when Jerry can come back. Jerry came the next day with the circuit board for my Thermador Range and went ahead with his repair. After an hour he said that Thermador Range already fixed and he like me try it. The igniter for the Thermador oven was indeed working but I told Jerry that for the ignite problem we might need to wait awhile if it will turn on by itself. After 15 minutes of waiting the ignite of the front burner did not fired but still Jerry assured in case that it did fire off after he have left, we just need to call him so he can go back and take a look at it again. So far, after a few weeks it still has not triggered by itself which gives me an assurance that Jerry was indeed able to repair my Thermador Range.

Kenmore Refrigerator
We have a Kenmore Refrigerator and we haven’t had any problems with until just recently that the Kenmore refrigerator started leaking and the lights inside started blinking. I quickly looked around for the paperwork for the Kenmore refrigerator. I was saddened to see though that it was way past its Kenmore warranty and had no choice but to have It repaired. I looked up online and found an ad from Magic Touch Kenmore refrigerator Repair and was happy that they have a promo for a discount on labor so I quickly called them Magic Touch refrigerator Repair.
They scheduled me for an Kenmore refrigerator Repair appointment around noon time the next day and our technician named Dmitry arrived as scheduled. He looked at our Kenmore refrigerator and after a few minutes of inspection and testing, he said that the board is in need of replacement as well as a water valve that is causing the leak. He gave us a quote for the replacement and said he will be able to finish the repairs in a few hours once he has acquired the part that is needed from the supply store. I gave him the go signal and he quickly left to get the parts. He arrived after an hour with the board and valve. He worked on with the parts replacement and after some short time have the new parts installed. I check on the Kenmore refrigerator and the lights are not blinking anymore and apparently there was no more water leaking also.

I have 3 different companies come into my house in Calabasas to fix my Viking oven, and sure they were able to fix it but 24 hours later the same problem happens. The fire in the oven turns off on its own unless I have to stand buy the knob and push it, can you imagine my frustration. I was so close to giving up and just get a new one but I remembered my friend from west Hollywood – Adriana has the same issue. My mom and dad after several years of debate finally decided to buy a new house since all of my brothers and sisters have moved out and have their own family now and find the house too big for them to maintain. They thought of selling the house first but the memories of our house was too precious to them that they decided to sell it to me and my husband instead for a very low price since we are only renting an apartment since we were still saving up for money to buy our own house.
Along with the house came all the old appliances that they own, amongst which I was quite fond of was the Modern Maid Range which I still remember I always used to bake and cook. A couple of months passed with no hitches until suddenly the Oven in our Modern Maid Range was not getting as hot as it should be. We called up our mom to check what might be wrong with it and she said that it’s already an antique and probably due for an upgrade already. Having just spent our saved money buying the house, we were still a bit broke and still can’t afford buying a new stove. He gave us a quote for the Modern Maid repair and we gave the approval since it was cheap and was our only choice. After doing the repair, he asked us to try the Modern Maid oven again and it was warming up as it was before.
We are so grateful to Magic Touch appliance repair and Mike. After several months, the Modern Maid range and oven are still working properly and we saved so much money having it repaired instead of buying a new one.
