Bosch Stove
I’ve had this Bosch stove for ages handed down to me by my mom and was even thinking that it might be sooner or later that it will have problems given how old it is though I just had minimal problem with this Bosch stove. And just like that, a few days later the Bosch oven suddenly stopped working and won’t even turn on.
Thinking about it, although I have had it for a long time I was already contemplating to having it replaced with a new one. Checking online, my jaw dropped with the prices of these Bosch stoves nowadays. Time for plan b and have it repaired instead, I’m not ready yet to cough that much money for a new Bosch stove.
I found an ad on Google for Bosch Stove repairs in my area and called them. A few hours later Magic Touch appliance technician Sergey was there to look at the Bosch stove. After a few minutes he said that the pilot light is busted and needs to be replaced. He gave me the estimated cost of repairs and I was thinking he needs to order this but he just went to his truck and got a new one. He said he works mostly on Bosch appliances that’s why he has Bosch parts on hand. After less than 30 minutes he has replaced the pilot lights and its working properly again.
Thank you Sergey and Magic Touch for providing me a cheaper alternative and fixing my Bosch stove.

Miele Cooktop Sherman Oaks
My Miele Cooktop has been a wonder and I have been cooking up a storm on it for my family. Lo and behold, 2 of its burners stopped working suddenly one day which untimely enough happened prior to my family having a small reunion with our old neighbours.
I quickly looked for help online and stumbled upon a youtube video of a miele cooktop repair done by Magic Touch Appliance Repair. I immediately called Magic Touch Appliance repair service and asked for a Miele technician to come and service my Miele cooktop since it is an emergency that we have it repaired since it will be a disaster if I can only cook on 2 burners with all of the guests that we have.
And as quick as a brown fox, Magic Touch appliance technician name Mike arrived a few hours after I have called and immediately looked at our cooktop. There was something wrong with the igniters as what he said and gave me an estimate of how much the repairs would be. I was thinking that it would take days for it to be repaired but he went out and bought some from their supplier and came back and installed it on our Miele cooktop. In less than 30 minutes all of the burners are working again and I was so relieved that disaster was averted by Mike having come over and doing some repairs.

Viking Range repair
I was roasting pork shoulder and veggies just a few weeks ago and halfway through the cooking process my Viking oven suddenly stopped working. I tried the burners and all were still working except the oven. I frantically searched the web looking for someone who can fix my Viking oven in a jiffy and found some ads from Magic Touch Appliance Repair.
I got scheduled for Viking repair an hours after and was surprised that Danny the technician from Magic Touch appliance repair showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment. He quickly checked my Viking oven and said that there was something wrong with the pilot light and it needs to be replaced. He immediately gave me an estimate which to my astonishment was very affordable given that it was a short notice to do the repair.
He went back to his truck since he has the spare part needed and continued to do his repair and in less than 1 hour he was able to fix my Viking stove. I’m very happy that he was able to fix it since the food I was preparing was for my kids and their baseball teammates who were practicing that afternoon.

Imperial Range
Our restaurant uses a line commercial appliances which are mostly Imperial. One particular appliance, our Range was having problems when use it since it is not evenly heating up. We called up Magic Touch Appliance Repair since they have been doing the repairs ever since the first time they serviced us. Our manager called them up and was immediately able to get a technician to drop by after an hour.
Bernardino came and checked on the range and immediately isolated that the problem is with a broken thermostat. I had him go ahead and do the repair even without giving me an estimate since we really need the range to be working properly so that we can sustain full food service.
After getting his spare thermostat from his truck, he went ahead and immediately replaced the broken one and in less than half an hour he was able to replace it and it was back to working order.
Thank you again Magic Touch and Bernardino. You are our lifeline when any of our appliances breaks down.
