My central A/C quit Saturday morning. I diagnosed a failed capacitor, but too late to find a supply store open. My usual servicer didn’t return my call, so at 7:30, I tried Magic Touch. The owner(?) answered, understood my situation, quoted a reasonable repair cost, and had a tech here the next morning at 9:15. We were cooling again by 9:40. 🙂

We have a very old gas floor heater that was installed the same time that the house that we are living in was built. We have noticed for quite some time now that it was not heating up as what it used to be before so we have decided to have our floor heater repaired. Our office admin recommended to call Magic Touch appliance, air conditioning, and heating repair service, since they were the one also servicing our office building for appliance, air conditioning, and heating repair services.
We gave Magic Touch appliance, air conditioning, and heating repair service a call and were able to setup an appliance repair appointment and we were told our appliance technician named Adam will be dropping by in 2 hours’ time. Even before technichen arrived, he even called us 30 minutes before he was scheduled to go to us to confirm the appointment. After a short while appliance technishen arrived and looked at our floor heater. He said that the gas connectors were already a little bit worn out due to wear and tear and the thermostat connections were are a bit misaligned. He gave us a quote and found it fair and he went ahead and did the repair on our heater.
In just a short while he was already done repairing our heater and we thanked him as he went off. Thank you Adam and Magic Touch appliance, air conditioning, and heating repair service for the very fast and reliable repair to our heater. We are very confident on your knowledge on your repairs and we will definitely call you guys back again in the future if needed.
