Imperial Range
Our restaurant uses a line commercial appliances which are mostly Imperial. One particular appliance, our Range was having problems when use it since it is not evenly heating up. We called up Magic Touch Appliance Repair since they have been doing the repairs ever since the first time they serviced us. Our manager called them up and was immediately able to get a technician to drop by after an hour.
Bernardino came and checked on the range and immediately isolated that the problem is with a broken thermostat. I had him go ahead and do the repair even without giving me an estimate since we really need the range to be working properly so that we can sustain full food service.
After getting his spare thermostat from his truck, he went ahead and immediately replaced the broken one and in less than half an hour he was able to replace it and it was back to working order.

Maytag Oven repair Pasadena
I love cooking and there is nothing more pleasurable for me then being alone in the kitchen trying to experiment or come up with new or revisions to my fave recipes.
I was about to go and start early making my family a wonderful diner of Pot Roast and Pumpkin pie one day but to my horror my Maytag Oven wasn’t working. I checked everything to see if there was something that might be causing it not to work but everything looked normal to me on my Maytag Oven.
I went to my neighbor and asked help if he can take a look at my Maytag Oven since he is quite a handyman himself and he said everything looks ok but there might be something wrong inside the Maytag Oven that he doesn’t know how to fix. He suggested though to try looking for someone who can repair my Maytag Oven since it might be something easy to fix from what he said.
I searched online and found a video ad of Magic Touch Appliance Repair and call their hotline number. The gentleman I spoke with was very re-assuring and said he can immediately send someone and look at my Maytag Oven.
I was a bit skeptical if what the gentleman said is true and won’t you know it Jerry the technician was already at my doorstep in less than an hour. He looked around for a few minutes and told me there was something blocking the passage of gas inside my Maytag Oven. He told me how it can be fixed and how much it will be which immediately I agreed to since the price for repair was a steal. He went back to his truck and got some parts that he said he will need and started working on my Maytag Oven. I was watching him all the while and was getting anxious after 10 minutes without him speaking a word. I thought of preparing something to drink for Jerry and myself and before I knew it he was already standing there smiling.
I was so happy that I went directly to my Maytag Oven with glasses in both hands and passed by him without even giving him his refreshment which made him laugh. I handed his glass and checked my Maytag Oven and everything was working again.
I would really love to thank Magic Touch Appliance repair and especially Jerry for making my Maytag Oven working again. I will highly recommend them to all of my family and friends having seen how well they have helped me with my concern.

Whirlpool washer repair
We had a problem with our Whirlpool washer and its really old, probably around 8 years old and had our first problem with it when it stopped working on us one day and decided to have it repaired since it has been a workhorse for our laundry.
We called our reliable appliance repair company, Magic Touch who repaired our Sub zero refrigerator months ago. I called them up quick and they were able to set us up for an Whirlpool appliance technician the next day. Our Whirlpool appliance technician named Mike came the next day and looked at our Whirlpool washer. He made his inspection and said there were several parts that need replacement mainly the display control and the water control. He gave us the estimate and got a discount on labor since we have been a repeat customer so we gave the go signal to do the Whirlpool washer repairs. He went on his phone and called someone up and said that the parts will be arriving in 3 days so he will be back by then.
Mike came back after 3 days and had the Whirlpool washer parts with him and went straight ahead to repair the Whirlpool washer. After less than an hour he was done and the Whirlpool washer was back and working again.
