Loved how they servised my GE Dryer. It just stopped spinning in the middle of cycle. I tried to turn it of and on again and it didn’t work. I called a few other companies and they were all closed because it was Sunday morning. Decided to give it one more try and called Magic Touch. And hurray!!!! Not only were they open, they told me that their technician can be at my house within a few hours. I agreed, gave them my address. And indeed, in less then two hours, their tech was there for the rescue. He told me what was the problem and how much will it be to fix it. Came out around $160. Which is not that expansive compering to what would it cost to buy a new dryer. Plus he had a needed part with him in a truck. So I agreed to that and in less then 30 minutes, everything was fixed. I’ve read some other reviews on this site and I agree to the fact that you never know how will the service with the company that you’ve never used before work out. But I can tell you that much. For me, the experience with these guys, turned out to be great. I woud definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to, for all of my appliance repairs.

Alex was very nice. He knew exactly what to look for and found problem. He replaced a compressor on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator after a technician from another company had told me it was bad and would cost $1300 to fix. Magic Touch did it for half of that. So nice to have a pleasant experience and service.

Viking Refrigerator
We are proud owners of a Viking Refrigerator and it has done wonders for our family. We are heavy users of Ice and were got depressed a bit when suddenly our Viking Ice Maker in our Viking Refrigerator stopped dispensing ice. Having been a few years old already, it was already out of Viking warranty so we were on our own to have it repaired and serviced. We checked online looking for authorized Viking Appliance certified Repair Company and found an ad from Magic Touch Appliance repair. We quickly called Magic Touch Appliance repair up and were surprised that they were going to be at our house 2 hours after calling them. Our appliance technician named Alik arrived after a few hours and quickly looked at our Viking refrigerator. He said that the solenoid needs to be replaced so that it will dispense ice again. He wrote down his quote on an invoice and gave it to us and quickly gave our approval for the Viking refrigerator repair. He went back to his van and took the parts that he needed. Once he got the parts he went ahead and opened up the ice maker and started replacing the parts that were broken. After around an hour he said the repairs were done and it should be dispensing ice again.
We tested our Viking refrigerator and it was indeed dispensing ice now and worked better than the last time that it was working since it usually jams before.
