I’m a restaurant owner and we have different types of commercial appliances with different brands.
When my Hobart Mixer and my Berkel Meat Slicer needed repair, I called a lot of appliance repair in LA
but none of them has a single technician who can work on both brands. They would tell me that they
can schedule one technician for the Hobart mixer and will still have to find someone else who can work on the
meat slicer. Thank goodness, a friend of mine, who also has a restaurant, recommended Magic Touch

technician to come and see both my Hobart Mixer and Berkel Meat Slicer. I was told that they would
send me their head technician who is an expert on both brands and has been dealing in repairing
commercial units for restaurants for decades. It was music to my ears as I would rather have both
checked at the same time and we really can’t have too many people in our kitchen especially during the
peak hours. Danny the technician came right on time and he really looked like an expert and a
professional. Among all the appliance repair in LA we worked with, Magic Touch is the only one who has
a “universal” technician who can repair all types of appliances with all types of different brands. When
he finished checking on my mixer and meat slicer, he clearly explained what was wrong with each of
them and what parts are needed to be replaced. All the other technicians who does appliance repair in
LA never really took an effort to make us understand what was wrong with our units. Magic Touch really
did an excellent job in a very professional way. It took a few days to receive the parts they ordered but
they made sure I’m always updated with the ETA. My Hobart Mixer and Berkel Meat Slicer are now in

Samsung Appliance repair
We have just moved in to a new apartment complex that included several brand new appliances which was a big plus given that the price for the apartment was a steal. We barely used the Samsung oven for the 5 years after we have moved in and was surprised that after every use, it takes a longer time to cook anything everytime.
We checked with the maintenance guy of our building and said that several other tenants have also complained of the same thing several months ago since almost all units have the same Samsung appliances installed except if the tenant preferred something else. Having the warranty expired on our Samsung stove after 3 years, we had no choice but to have it checked by an Samsung appliance repair company.
Our maintenance guy suggested to call Magic Touch appliance repair since they were the ones who also repaired the other appliances from the other units, so he gave me their contact number. We called Magic Touch appliance repair up as soon as possible since we needed the Samsung oven repaired before the weekend since we will be having some guests coming over for a little reunion.
After calling Magic Touch appliance repair, they were able to send a Samsung technician that same afternoon to look at our Samsung oven. Our tech named Jerry arrived first thing in the morning and looked at our Samsung oven. It took him a short while to determine what was wrong with the samsung oven and said the thermostat is broken and need to be replaced. He said he has it on stock in his truck and will be done repairing it in less than 30 minutes. He gave us a quote and we gave our approval for the Samsung repair. He went back to his truck to get the thermostat and quickly went ahead replacing the defective one. After 33 minutes, he was done replacing the busted thermostat and tried heating up the oven. Sure enough, the oven was quickly heating up as compared to before which made us pretty happy since it was causing us distress when the Samsung oven was not heating properly when we were cooking on it.

Viking Refrigerator
We have a very stylish and functional Viking Refrigerator that have been one of our most proud investments in our modest home.Our Viking Refrigerator has served our family for several years and didn’t have any problems with it due to the Viking refrigerator breaking down and stop getting cold.
The only problem we had with Our Viking Refrigerator, was when one of our kids unintentionally stored a hot casserole on one of the glass shelf of our refrigerator. We were just a bit surprise the next day that when we opened the refrigerator that the glass was shattered and food spilled all over inside the Viking refrigerator.
We tried to look online where we can buy a Viking replacement part for it but even the manufacturer said that its back ordered and we were unable to find any.
Out of desperation we called Magic Touch appliance repair to see if there was anything they can do about it and had their technician Rusty look at our Viking refrigerator to get the model and measurements of our refrigerator. He said that he will call back tomorrow once they are able to find a replacement or if not the next best thing to it.
He called back the next day and with good fortune Magic Touch appliance repair were able to purchase a replacement shelf for us. Viking technician from Magic Touch appliance repair came back a few days later after the order was delivered and came back and installed the new shelf. He offered also to do some maintenance on our refrigerator since to him he said it hasn’t been maintained for a while which I admitted to him we haven’t had it maintain since we bought the Viking. We agreed to do the maintenance and he did some maintenance work that he said will make the Viking refrigerator be cooler and was done with it after less than an hour.
