U-Line Refrigerator repair Hollywood Hills
Our ancient U-Line refrigerator has served our family for a very long time but unfortunately U-Line refrigerator had a problem a few weeks ago. We started notice water pooling near the left underside of the u-line refrigerator and we were afraid that if we don’t have it repaired fast it will lead to more problems.
We called U-Line but they were unable to help us since our u-line refrigerator is already out of warranty but said that we can call Magic Touch appliance Repair since they were the ones who service all of their U-Line warranty repairs in LA.
We called the number that they gave us and we were relieved that they will be able to send the U-Line refrigerator technician first thing the next day. Our u-line technician named Rustan arrived the next day and immediately looked at our u-line refrigerator. He traced where the leak was coming from and found the problem. He said that the drain pan at the bottom of the refrigerator was the source of the leak and the hose leading to it was also worn out as well. He gave us the quote for the U-Line refrigerator repair and he said he can pick up the parts from their supplier within an hour and be back for repairs.
We agreed to have the U-Line refrigerator repairs done and he went off to pick up the parts needed from their supplier. He returned after some time with the drain pan and the hose and proceeded with his repair. After a short while he showed us the damaged hose and the cracked drain pan which was the cause of the leak and told us that the refrigerator is not leaking anymore. He told us to just call them if they still notice a leak and he will return and look at it again. But that was not to happen since the u-line refrigerator never leaked anymore after his repair.
