I was roasting pork shoulder and veggies just a few weeks ago and halfway through the cooking process my Viking oven suddenly stopped working. I tried the burners and all were still working except the oven. I frantically searched the web looking for someone who can fix my Viking oven in a jiffy and found some ads from Magic Touch Appliance Repair.
I got scheduled for my Viking oven repair an hours after and was surprised that Danny the Magic Touch appliance technician showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment. He quickly checked my viking oven and said that there was something wrong with the pilot light and it needs to be replaced. He immediately gave me an estimate which to my astonishment was very affordable given that it was a short notice to do the repair.
He went back to his truck since he has the spare part needed and continued to do his repair and in less than 1 hour he was able to fix my Viking stove. I’m very happy that he was able to fix it since the food I was preparing was for my kids and their baseball teammates who were practicing that afternoon.
