I finally called and asked help from the professionals from Magic Touch
Appliance Center after dealing with my Bosch Washer Leaking around
the floor for over a year. I got quick efficient results in setting up my
appointment with Magic Touch appliance repair and they were out within 24 hours to check to diagnose the
problem with my Bosch washer, which required a new gasket seal. Vlad the appliance repair
man quickly figured out the problem and got the part ordered and a repair
date scheduled before he left my house. In less than 2 days he was back in
my house with the part and everything was fixed. He was kind enough to
ask if we have some dirty clothes so we can test if the works fine now. He
is very friendly. Professional and thorough. Looking back i don’t understand
