My mom and dad after several years of debate finally decided to buy a new house since all of my brothers and sisters have moved out and have their own family now and find the house too big for them to maintain. One of our neighbors had a moving out garage sale and we were the first ones to arrive and were fortunate enough to buy what looked like a still brand new Gas Kitchen Aid range.
