Viking Range
I have a Viking Range cooktop and have it for a few years already. I noticed that sometimes 2 of the 3 burners won’t ignite properly especially if not used for a long time. I checked online and saw that there are a lot of people with Viking stove that are having the same problem as me. I needed to act quickly since my daughter will be having her birthday party by next week and I need to be sure that I will be able to use my Viking stove properly.
I browsed online and found Magic Touch Appliance Repair and immediately call them and scheduled an appointment. The next day Sergey arrived and looked at my Viking stove. After a few minutes, he said that the igniters were old and need to be replaced. He gave me a quote and he said he can order them and be able to repair in about 5 days. I found the estimate quite reasonable and told Sergey to order the parts for my Viking renge, needed so that he will be able to repair My Viking range ASAP. After a few days, he came back with the parts he needed and went ahead with the repairsof My Viking appliance. After an hour, he was already able to install the parts and did some maintenance on my Viking stove too.
You’re a lifesaver Sergey and Magic Touch appliance repair!!! We were able to prepare for my little girls Birthday Party without having a concern that our Viking Stove will go out while we do the cooking for the party.
