I have 3 different companies come into my house in Calabasas to fix my Viking oven, and sure they were able to fix it but 24 hours later the same problem happens. The fire in the oven turns off on its own unless I have to stand buy the knob and push it, can you imagine my frustration. I was so close to giving up and just get a new one but I remembered my friend from west Hollywood – Adriana has the same issue. I gave her a call and she said that her oven works perfect now and she asked me to call Magic Touch Appliance Repair. Their customer service representatives where very helpful and polite and was able to hook me up with a technician. The repair guy came to my house as planned. I was very impressed on how he also tried to educate me with the issue and now i understand what’s wrong with the oven. It’s been a month now and I am still able to bake my favorite yellow cake with chocolate frosting. I wish i had called them before and saved myself hundreds of dollars. Thank you Magic Touch you definitely have my vote as the best repair company in LA.
