My Viking oven just stopped working and my son’s birthday is coming within the week. I immediately needed to find someone who does Viking appliance repair in Los Angeles. I found Magic Touch Appliance Repair and called them to see if they can have my Viking oven fixed right away. Their operator instantly accommodated my request and scheduled a technician to come over and check my Viking oven at the most convenient time for me. I tried calling a number of appliance Repair Company in Los Angeles but they are the only one who committed to send me a technician according to my availability. Their head technician, Danny came on time and was very courteous and professional as he clearly explained to me what was wrong with my Viking oven and what parts are needed to be replaced. I informed him that I need to have the oven fixed immediately because my son’s birthday is coming and I need to do a lot of baking. He agreed to go ahead and have it fixed asap instead of rescheduling it again and wait for parts to arrive. He just bought the parts immediately and went back the next day to complete the job.
