Wolf Outdoor Grill
I’m a barbecue guy and I love enjoying my weekends with my family in our backyard grilling all types of foods which we do almost every week. A few weeks ago my In Laws dropped by for a visit and I stocked up on some meats that I will be grilling a few days before they arrived. I checked on my Wolf grill to make sure it is working properly and I still have gas left on the tank and if the spare tank I have is still not used.
I still have the spare tank full so that shouldn’t be a problem so I checked on my Wolf grill and was surprised that it wasn’t getting hot enough and then shuts off a few minutes after. That got me a little scared since our guests will be arriving in a few days and I was really looking forward to our weekend barbecue. Frantically I searched online for emergency Wolf appliance repair and found an ad on Google just near our area and called them up. I talked to Danny who scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next day since I called already night time. Magic Touch Appliancerepair technician, Max arrived the next day and looked at my Wolf grill. He said that there was a problem with my thermostat and need it replaced. Great!!! Now what am I supposed to do while waiting for the parts to be ordered and until it arrives. Max said not to worry since he carries spare Wolf parts and could have it replaced on the spot. He gave me the estimate and was surprised that it was very affordable given my emergency and situation and without no hesitation asked him to go ahead with the repairs. In less than 2 hours, he was done replacing the thermostat and also did some maintenance check and cleaning on the Wolf grill for minimal cost. I’ve been using this Wolf grill for more than 2 years and its always used so that maintenance check and cleaning was really needed any way to make it cook perfectly.
Thank you Max and Magic Touch Appliance repair. You have save me from being grilled alive by my In Laws if you were not able to repair my Wolf grill. I will always call you guys from now on for any problems that I have with all of my appliances.
